The ELWA Translation Team (ELWA Übersetzungsteam)  is the Team of sworn translators and was founded in Cologne in 1989. In addition to German, there were two other languages - English and Russian. After the collapse of the Soviet Union, two more Eastern European languages were added - Belarusian and Ukrainian - and translators for these languages were also certified and sworn in.
We now offer over 40 languages in various language combinations and also provide certified translations in these languages. The requirements - the accuracy and completeness of the translation - are carefully observed and fully implemented, as this is the only way to ensure that the certified translation meets the official requirements.
